For safety reasons, our team follows strict guidelines. We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Items beyond this reach will be dusted with an extension duster. While we cannot rearrange furniture, we’ll make every effort to access visible areas using either manual reach or an extension duster. However, some features like chandeliers or high ceiling fans may remain inaccessible by hand.
Please understand that blind cleaning results may vary, especially with heavy buildup or worn-out blinds. While we strive to minimize airborne dust during our cleaning process, some resettlement may occur after our departure.
As we do not conduct in-home estimates, our house cleaning duration relies on the information provided regarding your home’s size and condition. Failure to provide accurate information may result in rate adjustments or refusal of service upon arrival, with full charges applied.
Regarding bunk beds, for safety measures, we require access to both sides. We’ll only change bottom bedding if accessible from both sides.
