To streamline our cleaning process and maximize efficiency, we kindly request that you tidy up as much as possible, particularly clothing, toys, and miscellaneous household items. If we’re required to spend time organizing and storing items, any additional time will be billed accordingly.

For safety reasons, our team follows strict guidelines. We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Items beyond this reach will be dusted with an extension duster. While we cannot rearrange furniture, we’ll make every effort to access visible areas using either manual reach or an extension duster. However, some features like chandeliers or high ceiling fans may remain inaccessible by hand.

Please understand that blind cleaning results may vary, especially with heavy buildup or worn-out blinds. While we strive to minimize airborne dust during our cleaning process, some resettlement may occur after our departure.

As we do not conduct in-home estimates, our house maid cleaning duration relies on the information provided regarding your home’s size and condition. Failure to provide accurate information may result in rate adjustments or refusal of service upon arrival, with full charges applied.

Regarding bunk beds, for safety measures, we require access to both sides. We’ll only change bottom bedding if accessible from both sides.

Please note, we do not offer services including wiping bulbs and glass fixtures, putting away dishes, cleaning chandeliers/glass lamps, cleaning TVs and computer monitors, moving or lifting anything over 25 lbs, cleaning bio-hazards (such as mold, blood, bodily fluids), cleaning up animal waste or cat litter box and floor, cleaning insects/rodents, heavy scrubbing of walls/doors, cleaning high-to-reach areas & window washing, exterior window cleaning, tasks outside the home, or addressing hoarding or high levels of trash/debris.
